News - ALCS Now Offering Grab-and-Go Breakfast Program

The ALCS is proud to announce the offering of a Grab-and-Go breakfast program for students throughout the district, launching on Wednesday, November 19th, in light of some of the challenges facing our families going into the holiday season. Breakfasts will be pre-packaged and available in a grab-and-go format for a cost of $2.00 (free of charge for Reduced Price and Free meal plans) at each building cafeteria, featuring a repeating weekly menu, with different food options every day, including items such as mini-muffins, fresh fruit, juice, and milk. The menu is available for viewing online and is also posted on the district website. Breakfast times at each building will be as follows:

• ALHS from 7 a.m. until 7:30 a.m.
• Learwood from 7:40 a.m. until 7:55 a.m.
• Troy from 7:25 a.m. until 7:40 a.m.
• Elementary Buildings from 8:35 a.m. until 8:50 a.m.

Students will be able to eat these grab-and-go pre-packaged breakfasts in their classroom. Feel free to take advantage of the breakfast grab-and-go style program beginning tomorrow, November 19th.
