Google activity

You can check your google account activity and what devices you are still logged into. 

Windows activity

Passwords must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters
  • Be at least twelve characters in length
  • Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
    • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
    • English lowercase characters (a through z)
    • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
    • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)

You can reset your password at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com or when logged into our computers press CTRL ALT DEL and select "change a password";. Forced password changes are set for 365 days, but we recommend you change your password more often and if you suspect any unusual activity.;

You can check your google account activity and what devices you are still logged into.

  • Recent sign-ins: Sign in to https://myaccount.microsoft.com → Sign-in activity. Look for unfamiliar locations, devices, or times.
  • Recent activity: At https://myaccount.microsoft.com → Privacy → Activity history or View recent activity. Look for password changes, security info changes, or unfamiliar app accesses.
  • Email rules/forwarding: In Outlook Web https://outlook.office365.com → Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Rules and Mail → Forwarding. Remove unknown rules or forwarding addresses.
  • Sent items & inbox: Check Sent Items and Deleted Items for messages you didn’t send. Check mailbox folders for auto-deletes or copies moved elsewhere.
  • OneDrive: At https://portal.office.com → OneDrive → Recent or Shared with me. Look for unexpected file changes or shares.
  • MFA/authenticator changes: My Sign ins or Security info https://myaccount.microsoft.com → Security info — check if phone numbers, email, or authenticator apps have been changed or new methods added.
  • Browser auto-fill and saved credentials: Check browser password manager for unexpected saved credentials or changes.
