FBI/BCI Fingerprinting
An FBI/BCI background check costs $47.00 (FBI only $25.00 - BCI only $22.00). We accept exact cash, credit card (convenience fee added), or check (payable to Avon Lake City Schools) for payment, Also, current staff members can pay through a payroll deduction for their renewal. OAPSE contracted employees do not pay for their renewal. Fee is waived for Avon Lake student workers under 21 years of age.
If school is closed due to a calamity day, the District Office is closed and you will need to reschedule your appointment. Appointments are scheduled every 30 minutes from 8:00 am-3:00 pm on Wednesday's. If this is not convenient, call 440-933-6210 (X1517) or email laurie.spreng@alcsoh.org for assistance.
