News - Avon Lake High School Named Best Buckled School

The Lorain County Public Health Department recently named Avon Lake High School as the Best Buckled School as part of their Best Buckled Bowl competition, for having a 97.6% seat belt usage rate. For winning this most prestigious of county safety recognitions, Avon Lake High School will be recognized by the Safe Communities Coalition for their Click-It-or-Ticket National Mobilization Campaign. Great job to our students and families for promoting a safe environment throughout the community and around our school campus. Awesome job to all!
