Dear Avon Lake Schools Community,

At their meeting held on April 18, 2023, the Board of Education approved revisions to the 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school year calendars for Avon Lake City Schools.  The revisions approved are:

2023-2024

1. Add 12/18/2023 and 12/19/2023 to the start of Winter Break

2. Move the January In-service day for All Teachers/Tutors FROM 01/03/2024 TO 01/02/2024

3. Revise the date students return to school after Winter Break FROM 01/04/2024 TO 01/03/2024

2024-2025

1. Add 04/17/2025 to the start of Spring Break

2025-2026

1. Add 04/02/2026 to the start of Spring Break

The revised 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 school year calendars are attached for your review (revisions are highlighted).   Please note the school year calendars are always available on our school website at https://www.avonlakecityschools.org/calendar/.
