Dear Avon Lake Schools Community,

At their meeting held on August 14, 2020, the Board of Education approved a revision to the 2020-2021 school year calendar for Avon Lake City Schools by declaring that no students will attend school on Friday, September 4, 2020 (only staff will attend). 
 
The revised 2020-2021 school year calendar is attached for your use and is always available on our school website at https://www.avonlakecityschools.org/calendar/.  The revision to the calendar is highlighted on the attached calendar.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to work on the Back to School Plan for the 2020-2021 school year for Avon Lake City Schools.
