News - Westview Hosts Service Worker Breakfast

Westview Elementary School hosted its annual Service Worker Breakfast, in order to extend a student-oriented special thanks to the individuals who serve in the military, police, fire, EMS, and other medical or safety roles. Held during Thanksgiving week on Tuesday, November 25^th,  this special opportunity provided more than 80 extended family members of Westview students with a variety of breakfast foods, goodie bags filled with snacks and other treats, and a healthy dose of gratitude. Members of Westview’s student council and teachers Liz Minnich and Julie Norris played a lead role in organizing this wonderful event. On behalf of everyone at Westview Elementary School and the Avon Lake City Schools, thank you to all attendees for your service. We appreciate you and your tireless efforts to serve others!
