News - Learwood Students Named to Middle School Honors Band

On Saturday, March 14, members of the Learwood Middle School 8th Grade Concert Band participated in a concert with the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) District 4 Middle School Honors Band. This event was part of the OMEA District 4 Middle School Honors Festival, including an Honors Orchestra and Honors Choir. The concert took place at Berea-Midpark High School. Students were selected as top representatives of their school bands. This year's 8th grade band honors band students are Aubrey Sloan, Kellen Bell, Brooklynn Spycher, Gavin Berner, Benjamin Kaschube, and John Fullerton. Congratulations to our honors band students on a very fine performance!
