News - Avon Lake City Schools Operations Department Earns $8,777 in Energy Credits

As part of its constant focus on enhancing efficiencies and effectiveness, the Avon Lake City Schools participated in an electricity billing audit, which upon completion, has resulted in nearly $9,000 in future energy billing credits. Notified through its partnership with the Ohio Schools Council, a regional consortium that helps schools maximize efficiencies, the Avon Lake City Schools were informed of a net amount of $8,777.40 in future credit on district electric bills and this partnership could lead to more credits in the future.
