News - ALCS Celebrates Commended Students

Congratulations to the following Avon Lake High School students for achieving Commended status on the National Merit Scholarship Program: Jack Erdmann, Caden Anderson, Zackary Kreitzer, and Adam McFadden. This places our Avon Lake students among the top 34,000 students in the entire nation and with this award, have been recognized for their exceptional academic promise. The district would like to congratulate Jack, Caden, Zackary, and Adam for demonstrating this outstanding accomplishment and continues encouraging them in broadening their educational opportunities. Way to go, Shoremen! Great job on getting the job done in your academic pursuits.
