News - ALHS Dance Team Shines at Ohio Competition

Congratulations to the Avon Lake High School Dance Team, whose talent, skill, and performance capabilities was on display at this past weekend's statewide competition, held at Heath High School.  After amassing shining performances in a number of important events, our Dance Team finished with an impressive final standing. Our team was State Runner Up in the Jazz Large competition, State Runner Up in Contemporary/Lyrical, 3rd in the Pom Small competition, and 4th in the Game Day Small contest. On behalf of everyone in the Avon Lake City Schools, congratulations to our highly skilled Dance Team for their strong finish at the State competition.
