**IMPORTANT** Student Update: Online Back-to-School Forms
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR THE 2017-2018 SCHOOL YEAR
All students new to the district must be registered online prior to enrollment. If you are interested in enrolling your child for either our pre-school program or kindergarten, take a moment to review the following:
Pre-School (LEAPS): You must be pre-approved to enroll in this program. Please contact Mrs. Jennifer Fazio, LEAPS Supervisor, at 440-930-8226 with any questions you may have.
Kindergarten: Your student must be 5 years of age ON OR BEFORE August 1 to register for the 2017-2018 school year. To complete your child’s enrollment you will bring your required documentation to the Performing Arts Center (PAC*). Please stop in between the hours of 7:30 am and 1:30 pm on March 20, 21 or 22. (Arrangements must be made for daycare. Adults only for registration.)
*The PAC is located on the High School campus (175 Avon Belden Road). Parking is available in the North Lot in front of the PAC. Please use the PAC main lobby entrance. DO NOT enter through the High School main entrance as school will be in session.
2017-2018 On-Line Registration for Pre-K through Grade 12 is now available. Please click on the link below to start the registration process.
2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION: Pre-K through Grade 12

For all families new to our district, upon registration a notarized "Avon Lake City Schools Affidavit of Residency" form must be completed and returned with two (2) Proofs of Residency. Name of parent/guardian and current Avon Lake address must be on all proofs. Notarization can be obtained at the Avon Lake Public Library or during registration through the Registrar's Office. All individuals who are requesting their High School Transcript from Avon Lake City Schools are requested to print, complete and return the Transcript Request Form. Cost for this service is $5.00 per requested transcript. Please send Checks or Money Orders ONLY (no cash), made payable to Avon Lake City Schools. Recent Graduates of the Class of 2016 and current seniors (Class of 2017) are exempt from this process. Please contact the Guidance Department at 440-933-8135, option 0.
