Monitor Our Construction Progress
The citizens of Avon Lake passed two bond issues in November 2009 to benefit the students of Avon Lake City Schools.  Renovations will be made to five of our school buildings (Eastview, Erieview, Redwood and Westview Elementary Schools and Learwood Middle School) and the Avon Lake Memorial Stadium.  The Avon Lake City Schools Bus and Maintenance Facility will also be relocated and expanded.  Please follow our construction progress by clicking on this link: www.fanninghowey.com/avonlake.  Updates will be added to this website as we move forward with our construction project.

Elementary Students Artwork
Approximately 100 pieces of artwork crafted by our elementary students were recently placed on display in the Gallery Room of the Avon Lake Public Library at our "Elementary Art Show". If you didn't have time to visit the library during that time, you may view pictures of the artwork here. We are proud of our students' efforts!

A Special Message for Avon Lake Alumni

We are pleased to announce the creation of the Avon Lake Alumni Association! The mission of the Avon Lake Alumni Association is to enhance and preserve the image, prestige and traditions of Avon Lake High School; to encourage unity, spirit, loyalty and cooperation between alumni and students of Avon Lake High School; to promote, support and publicize alumni and school activities and programs; to assist graduated classes in planning and organizing reunions, include maintaining an up-to-date alumni address file; and to work on those endeavors which will benefit Avon Lake High School and the school community.
