British Literature
Course Overview:
British Literature is a semester long class offering students the opportunity to study classic works of literature. A variety of genres will be studied throughout the year such as poetry, plays, short stories (fiction/non-fiction) and essays. This course is a study of England’s literature form Beowulf to the late Romantic period. Writers representative of various periods will be studied. This class is recommended for college bound students and meets one period daily for 18 weeks.
