Lunch Menu

Your students may have noticed that we have run into last minute changes to the school lunch menu. Due to circumstances beyond the kitchen's control, promised item are not always being delivered or delivered on time, and this is causing changes to the district's posted menu. We are trying to announce changes on the morning announcements and are doing our best to ensure that student still have choice. Please be understanding of the situation as we work through the shortages.

While we work through the changes I am attaching a "live" document of the daily lunches. If we are forced to make changes, it will update automatically at this link, and you will be able to see the most recent menu offerings. Lunch

Maybe you or someone you know has a child ages 3-5 that would make a great Peer Model for the program! Please feel free to share the information below with friends and family that have youngsters at home too! I have attached the Application to this email for your convenience.

Thank you all so much for your consideration and for spreading the word about this wonderful program offered by Avon Lake City Schools!

Snowflake Shoppe Is Saturday

Instructions for Saturday....

If your student is attending Snowflake Shoppe, they will enter the building through door "D". This is the door nearest the cafeteria and eagle's nest. Parents have the option of waiting in the cafeteria or remaining in their cars if they choose. There will be volunteers to help the students shop for and wrap their purchases and will then direct the students back to the cafeteria and "D" doors to be reunited with their parents.

Volunteers Needed!

Snowflake Shoppe Sign-Ups

PTA is hard at work organizing this year's Snowflake Shoppe. In order to make this event successful we are looking for volunteers for the day's event. Please consider signing up, any help is appreciated.

Hello all! We are so excited to bring the Snowflake Shoppe back to Redwood this year! Due to current restrictions, it will look a little different this year. Parents will enjoy refreshments in the cafeteria while their child(ren) shop in the gymnasium with "shoppers" available to help. We may only have 40 STUDENTS (not families) per time slot, so please sign each of your children up for an individual spot. Again, each student must be registered as 1 person. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!

To ensure we have plenty of volunteers to help the students shop (secretly), we need to limit the amount of students in the shop at one time. If you plan to have your student attend Snowflake Shoppe please use the following link to sign up for a designated time slot. The Snowflake Shoppe is only open to current students of Redwood, Thank you.
