Virtual Students online pick-up form for lunches

The District will also provide meals to All Virtual Students who are not present during regular
meal service by distributing boxed meals daily. This service will begin Wednesday, September16, 2020.
We will not be offering delivery at this time.

The District requests completion of the online pick-up order form (this is for virtual students
only) through Google forms: https://forms.gle/NiFG2xfEa1vqbapX7 by 7a.m. on Wednesday,
September 16th for pick-up that day. This allows the cafeteria staff to be better prepared for
distribution. You will only be required to complete the Google form one time to receive lunches
on a daily basis (while school is in session - no holidays). If the lunches cannot be picked up for
that day please notify Andera Sokolow by 8:00am that day at 440-930-8215 or
