LCPH can safely vaccinate babies, children, teens and adultsLCPH provides vaccines at 9880 S. Murray Ridge Road, Elyria. Appointments are always preferred to limit the number of clients in the spacious waiting room. Please call 440-284-3206 to make an appointment and to have your questions answered. All are required to wear masks (exceptions specified in the state's order).

LCPH participates in the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program. The VFC program provides vaccines to children who qualify. No child in the VFC program is denied vaccine for inability to pay.
